Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

STK Solutions LLC produces made-to-order apparel, accessories, and lifestyle products. Because each item is manufactured specifically upon order placement, all sales are considered final once production has begun.

Order Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet started.

Production may begin shortly after order placement depending on warehouse processing timelines. Once production has started, the order is considered final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

To request a cancellation, customers must email stksolutions1@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation eligibility is determined solely by whether production has begun at the time the written request is received.

If production has not started, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

If production has started, the cancellation request will be denied.

Production & Shipping Timeline: 

✦ Production Time: 4-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

✦ Domestic Product Shipping Time: 3-5 business days after production is complete 

✦ International Product Shipping Time: 5-15 business days after production is complete 

Shipping timelines begin once production has concluded.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed, as carrier delays are outside of STK Solutions’ control.

Final Sale Policy:

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, STK Solutions does not offer returns or general exchanges.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and sizing charts prior to completing a purchase.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that: 

  • The item is made-to-order
  • The order may enter production shortly after purchase
  • Refunds are not available once production begins

Limited Exchange Eligibility:

Exchanges are permitted only under the following conditions: 

  1. The item was damaged during transit; or
  2. The incorrect item was shipped.

Claims must be submitted within five (5) calendar days of confirmed delivery by emailing stksolutions1@gmail.com. The request must include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Failure to provide documentation within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Return & Replacement Process:

If the exchange request is approved: 

  • The incorrect or damaged item must be returned.
  • The return must be trackable.
  • Replacement will ship once return tracking confirms transit.

If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund for the original purchase price (excluding shipping costs, if applicable) will be issued to the original method of payment. 

Fraud Monitoring & Order Review:

STK Solutions actively monitors transactions for fraud prevention and risk mitigation.

We reserve the right to: 

  • Cancel or refuse any order flagged as high-risk or suspected fraud
  • Request additional identity verification prior to processing
  • Hold or delay shipment pending payment verification

Orders canceled due to suspected fraud will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy:

Customers agree to contact STK Solutions directly to resolve any issue prior to initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy in full.

In the event a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, STK Solutions reserves the right to submit evidence to the issuing bank or payment processor, including but not limited to: 

  • Order authorization and payment verification
  • Proof of customer agreement to published policies
  • Production status confirmation
  • Shipping confirmation and carrier delivery records
  • Correspondence related to the order

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting STK Solutions to seek resolution may result in restriction of future purchasing privileges.

Additional Terms:

STK Solutions is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect sizing ordered by the customer
  • Address errors provided at checkout
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Refused or unclaimed packages

Agreement to Terms:

By placing an order with STK Solutions LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy in full.
