These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by STK Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) located at stksolution.com (the “Site”), including all purchases made through the Site.

By accessing or using our Site and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our:

  • Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
  • Shipping Policy

1. Eligibility & Use of Site

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

2. Products & Made-to-Order Policy

STK Solutions LLC produces made-to-order apparel, accessories, and lifestyle products.

All orders are subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Production timelines
  • Our Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Because items are made-to-order, orders become final once production begins. Cancellation requests are only eligible prior to production starting, as outlined in our Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities
  • Refuse or cancel orders
  • Restrict sales to certain individuals, households, or jurisdictions

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been submitted. If an order is canceled due to a pricing error, a refund will be issued.

Payment must be authorized and verified before production begins.

4. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

STK Solutions LLC actively monitors transactions for fraud and risk mitigation.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders flagged as high-risk
  • Request identity or payment verification
  • Refuse service at our sole discretion

Orders canceled due to suspected fraud will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines, carrier information, and delivery responsibilities are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a shipment is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages marked delivered.

6. Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing and shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Once an order is submitted:

  • Shipping addresses cannot be modified
  • Product selections cannot be changed
  • Orders cannot be canceled once production begins

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to logos, designs, graphics, product images, text, and branding, is the property of STK Solutions LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

Use of third-party tools is at your own risk.

9. User Submissions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product at issue.

13. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact STK Solutions LLC directly to resolve any issue prior to initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to provide evidence to the issuing bank or payment processor, including:

  • Order authorization
  • Customer agreement to policies
  • Production confirmation
  • Shipping and delivery records
  • Order-related correspondence

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in restriction of future purchases.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STK Solutions LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
