Shipping policy

STK Solutions LLC produces made-to-order merchandise. All orders are processed and shipped in accordance with the timelines outlined below.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy as well as the Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy.

Order Processing & Production:

✦ Processing/Production Time: 4-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).           

Production begins after payment has been successfully authorized and verified. If a customer wishes to cancel an order, the request must be submitted before production begins, as outlined in the Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes:

Unless otherwise specified, orders ship via: 

  • USPS First Class Mail
  • UPS Ground
  • FedEx Ground or Home Delivery
  • OnTrac 

Estimated shipping time is 3-5 business days after production is completed for products made in the USA and 5-15 business days for products made outside the USA. Product descriptions specify the estimated shipping times based on whether it is a domestic or international product.

STK Solutions LLC offers standard shipping only.
Expedited shipping options are not available.

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates supplied by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Address Accuracy & Order Finality:

Customers are solely responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment, suite, or unit numbers where applicable.

STK Solutions LLC is not responsible for: 

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
  • Delays caused by incomplete address information
  • Packages returned due to address errors 

Once an order has been submitted:

  • Shipping addresses cannot be modified
  • Product selections cannot be changed
  • Sizes, colors, and quantities cannot be adjusted 

If a cancellation request is received after production has begun, the order will proceed to shipment in accordance with the Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy.

 Tracking & Shipment Confirmation: 

After an order is placed, customers will receive: 

  1. An order confirmation email
  2. A shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once the package has been dispatched 
  3. A delivery confirmation email once the package has been delivered

Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier and may take anywhere between 24-48 hours to reflect movement within their system.

 Carrier Delays & Holiday Shipping:

Shipping delays may occur due to: 

  • High-volume seasons (including holidays)
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier operational delays

STK Solutions LLC is not liable for delivery delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, OnTrac, or any other third-party shipping carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Marked-Delivered Packages:

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

STK Solutions LLC is not responsible for: 

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Packages marked delivered but not received

Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if necessary.

 Agreement to Terms:

By placing an order with STK Solutions LLC, the customer confirms they have reviewed and agreed to the Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy, Shipping Policy and Terms of Service prior to checkout.
